Women in Leadership Programs

My Women Leadership Program can consist of:

  • A gap analysis to establish the current state versus future state of the organisation with recommendations
  • Questionnaire disseminated to female employees** – Distribution, collation and assessment – this highlights the individuals perception as to their career progression opportunities for your organisation (and provides valuable material for assessing the next moves)
  • Values-based Culture change roll-out
  • Half day or one day workshops with group coaching and networking opportunities and influential guest speakers
  • Intranet webinars to run seminars based on up-skilling female employees
  • Using NLP My speciality is to remove hindering or sabotaging mindsets from women so they can operate with empowered beliefs.
  • One-to-one coaching using the process of sharing ideas, being a sounding board, personal accountability, sharing insights, and supporting my clients to confidently expand their comfort zones and trust their intuition.

My process enables clients to overcome the obstacles, mindsets, and behaviours preventing them from taking action in the right direction and refocusing that energy into goals that are fun, and inspirational to achieve.

**Target Audience: female Mid-Management through to Executive levels and Board Members. The program can be just as effective for; an individual, or a small team, to the female population of the organisation.
